NRWF OFFERS SCHOLARSHIP

The Novato Republican Women, Federated is offering a $2,000 college scholarship to a high school senior living in Novato and attending school in Marin County who will be entering college in the fall of 2017. The award will be granted on the basis of an essay, grade point average, and scholastic and extracurricular accomplishments. A high school transcript as well as a teacher or personal recommendation is required. Essays must include a bibliography and direct quotes should be identified in footnotes.

Essay topic: Is it important to maintain national sovereignty in an age of globalization? Why?
